ABOUT BEN
Ben has 30+ years of experience in Employee Relations & Industrial Relations across all sectors of industry.
After graduating, Ben initially worked as an ER/IR advisor for leading national employer associations, providing consultancy and advocacy across various sectors, including hospitality and manufacturing.
Ben has worked in key employee relations and industrial relations management roles on significant projects in multiple Australian states and managed HR/IR across Australia and other regions in corporate management roles.
Ben provides practical, risk-minimising ER/IR support while aligning his approach to employee relations management with the company's vision and values.
